About the course

There are so many different definitions of leadership and the elements that make a successful leader, but in the fast paced world, managers and leaders work in, you need more than just leadership to get the most out of productivity cycles, people and processes. With this two day program, we will analyse the role of what emotional intelligence plays in leadership. This way, you will be discovering your own leadership style and different personalities to become a better leader.
